Will billing stop if the internet goes down?+
No. Counters keep taking cash and pay-later orders offline and sync automatically the moment the connection is back.
Can I run it on my own server?+
Today EKAM runs on Ekam Cloud, hosted in India. Installing it on your own server or private cloud is coming soon.
Which payment and delivery partners work with it?+
Today: UPI to your own UPI ID, cash, your card machine and the customer wallet, with your own riders for delivery. Razorpay and other gateways, and Porter, Shadowfax and Borzo, are coming soon.
Can my CA see the books?+
Yes. Your CA gets their own login to the GST summary, P&L and trial balance, and can download them as CSV. Tally and Zoho Books export are coming soon.
Can I bring my existing items and customers?+
Yes. Send us your list in Excel and we set it up with you during onboarding.
Does it work for more than one store?+
Yes. One catalogue with store-wise prices, stock, staff and reports.
What hardware do I need?+
Any tablet or computer with a modern browser. Thermal receipt and label printers and USB or Bluetooth barcode scanners plug straight in; weighing scales are coming soon.
